Rachael is from and currently organizes in the Cleveland area and has been on staff since 2017. Rachael first encountered OSA all the way back in 2012 as a sophomore at Ohio State working on her first campaign, and it has fundamentally shaped her as an organizer and a person in the years since. She is a true believer in the transformative power of organizing – on a personal level and as the mechanism through which we can build the collective power to transform the world as it is into the world that we dream of and deserve. When she isn’t supporting the growth and power-building of young organizers, Rachael likes reading fantasy and sci fi novels, roller skating, and taking long walks with her dog.
