Kristian (Kris) was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Kris is a first-generation college student and senior at Kent State University majoring in Criminology & Justice Studies and minoring in Pre-Law & Political Science. She had the opportunity to intern with OSA Fall 2022 for KSU’s Columbus Program in State Issues where she organized collecting surveys for the Black Student Equity Report at colleges across Ohio. Having a great experience in the Fall, Kris joined OSA in January as a Fellow working to build an OSA chapter at Kent State University and organizing for the 2023 Ohio State Budget Campaign. Outside of OSA Kris enjoys roller skating and Mexican food. She is grateful to be part of an organization that’s creating a better future for everyone to thrive in.
